Before “boozy ice cream” was a trend…Before frozen cocktails became menu items…Before restaurants knew they needed a soft-serve machine behind the bar…We were already there.
Before the pops.
Before the kids flavors.
Before the world knew what a “lickable liquor” even meant…There was Boozi.
We took ice cream, sorbet, frozen dessert culture… and asked a question that probably should’ve been illegal in three states:
“Why can’t this hit like a cocktail too?”
That’s where Boozi was born. Not in a boardroom. Not in a trend report. But in real kitchens, stadiums, beach bars, and late-night “we should probably not be doing this” moments across Texas and the Caribbean.
And somehow… it worked.
People didn’t just eat it. They remembered it. They came back for it. They brought friends. Then they brought bigger crowds. Boozi wasn’t a product. It was the beginning of a category no one had the courage to name yet.

We thought that was ridiculous.
